Clark Creek Area

March 20, 2007

The Lake Oswego Snowshoe Trekkers spent today on several trails in the Newton Creek-Clark Creek area.  This is an area that shows a great deal of water damage from flooding earlier in the year.  We traveled from one missing or damaged bridge to another.  It was fascinating to see what changes nature has made.  Pat Ahern was our leader, as usual.  He planned a very interesting outing.  Thanks, Pat.

We had a variety of weather, too, including a few minutes of sunshine at lunch time, followed by snowflakes floating down.
