McCall Point and Seven Mile Mountain

        McCall Point from Rowena Crest and then on to Seven Mile Mountain was our challenge for today.  The Tryon Creek Daytrippers were guided by Ray Hayden who knows these hills like the back of his hand, and who can also name most of the wildflowers encountered.  And there were millions of them!  It was a large group, a dry day, and we had comfortable temperatures and a bit of wind.  Thank you, Ray, for scouting and scheduling this hike.
