        A beautiful and fantastic trail, sometimes notched out of a solid rock cliff, makes an adventurous outing for the dayhiker.  Mel Taylor led the Friends of Tryon Creek Daytrippers on this outing today, past Tunnel Falls and on to Crossover Falls.  We had fine weather and a memorable trip.  Many thanks, Mel.
